MAMA MEATLOAF

2 lbs. ground chuck or ground turkey
1 package Cornbread stuffing mix
1 package Italian dressing mix (the kind where you just add vinegar)
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
2 eggs whites
finely chopped bell pepper
finely chopped onions
salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of ketchup and pack tightly in loaf pan.  Evenly drizzle or spread ketchup over top.  Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
