SHEPARD'S PIE

7 mashed potatoes or one box flavored mashed potato mix
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
2 cans corn
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown beef/turkey.  In 9" pie pan; layer meat, corn, then potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
