3 eggs 1 cup pumpkin 1 cup chopped pecans 1/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup light corn syrup 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 cup sugar 3 tbsp. melted butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 9" graham cracker crust Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg, pumpkin, 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon. Spread on bottom of pie shell. Combine 2 beaten eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 cup sugar, butter and vanilla. Add pecans. Spoon over pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
